If you’ve been dreaming of golf course living but do not want to undertake a major renovation, this is the house for you. Completely gutted down to the interior studs by Robinson Renovations & Custom Homes, this remodel is completed. This unique setting within Haile Plantation’s Middleton Green - the only neighborhood with 22 homes backing to the Hawkstone Country Club’s course – offers dual views: direct views of the Club’s 8th hole and of the 16th fairway. Originally built by one of Gainesville’s premier builders, Paul McArthur, this home has “good bones”. With its 4 bedrooms, 3 bath now-fabulous 3-way split plan, the majority of the home is on the first floor. The exterior of the home features brick and hardi-plank siding, now freshly painted. The new lead glass double front doors open onto the foyer, offering immediate views of the golf course via the new rear wall’s two new sliding glass doors. Haile Plantation HOA

Leland Management oversees the three major associations. Sub-associations are managed, in most cases, by MSS.

  • Haile Plantation Association Inc
  • Haile Plantation West
  • Haile Village Centers Owners’ Association

Haile Plantation Association

HPA is the homeowners association for the 850 homes that make up SANS and NON-SANS Neighborhoods. Special Assessed Neighborhoods (SANS) each have exclusive internal areas for which homeowners living in the SANS pay an assessment. In addition, homeowners living in SANS and NON-SANS neighborhoods alike pay assessments for all common areas in HPA.

Haile Plantation West

HPW is a wonderful community association within the Haile Plantation neighborhood. Not to be confused with Haile Plantation Association and Haile Village Center, Haile West’s 43 subdivisions comprise some 1,567 homes. A few of these neighborhoods also have their own sub-associations.

Haile Village Center Owners’ Association

Haile Condos for Rent

Part of what makes Haile so vibrant and diverse is its large community of renters and condo dwellers. Haile Village is especially rich with rental opportunities. Our sister company, KnR Property Management, has the scoop on condos available for rent, so head on over to their rentals page to learn more.

History of the Development

Architectural integrity and natural beauty are the hallmarks of a well-planned community, of which Haile can claim both. The planners did an excellent job of guiding the growth of Haile since it broke ground in the late 1970s, at a time when few Florida developers were thinking about fostering urban-style spaces. The architects of Haile built a traditional town center, one building at a time. Forty years later, the Village Center boasts dozens of mixed-use buildings. Southern Living has recognized Haile for its exceptional fidelity to the principles of traditional neighborhood development. With the addition of several distinctive communities of single-family estates radiating from the Village Center and Market Square, Haile Plantation now features a total of 2,763 homes, multifamily buildings, and commercial properties.
