Celebration Pointe is located just west of I-75 in Southwest Gainesville, roughly equidistant from Lake Alice on UF’s flagship downtown campus and Haile Village. The mixed-use development is bound by I-75 to the east and Split Rock Conservation Area to the west.
Celebration Pointe is a short commute to the University of Florida, UF Health Shands, and cultural attractions like the Florida Museum of Natural History and Kanapaha Botanical Gardens.

The Experiential Living community at Celebration Pointe will feature 180 townhomes built around a pool, bar, fitness center, dog park, and more.
