Family & Community

As a Florida native, I’ve spent most of my life in Alachua County, raising my family and building strong community connections in Gainesville and Archer. My journey has taken me from serving as a Polish and Spanish linguist in the U.S. Army to becoming a trusted Realtor who helps families achieve their real estate dreams.

I’m a dedicated husband to my wife, Amber, and a proud father to our two children, Jacob and Paige. I treat every client’s goals with the same care I would give my own family.

Outside of real estate, I stay active in the community and perform with my local band, The Medicine Show, connecting with Gainesville’s vibrant arts and culture scene.

Frequently Asked Questions

Real answers about buying and selling in Gainesville & North Central Florida

What areas do you serve?
Gainesville and the surrounding North Central Florida communities — including Archer, Newberry, Alachua, High Springs, and the smaller towns in between. Whether you're looking in town near UF or out on a few acres of land, I know these markets well.
I'm a first-time buyer and honestly a little nervous. Where do I even start?
Right where you are. The best first step is a quick, no-pressure conversation so I can learn what you're hoping for and walk you through how the process actually works — financing, timelines, what your budget really looks like, and what to expect at each stage. With a background in mortgage and finance, I can help make the money side make sense before you ever tour a home. No question is too basic.
Do you work with military buyers and VA loans?
Absolutely — and it's personal to me. I'm a U.S. Army veteran (I served as a linguist), so helping fellow service members and veterans use their VA benefits to buy a home is something I genuinely enjoy. I'll make sure you understand your eligibility, your options, and how to put that hard-earned benefit to work.
Can you help with new construction?
Yes. It's a common myth that you don't need your own agent for a new build — but the on-site sales rep works for the builder, not for you. I represent your interests: comparing communities, reviewing the contract and upgrades, keeping the build on track, and making sure you're protected all the way to closing — usually at no extra cost to you.
What about land, acreage, or homes outside of town?
That's one of my favorite parts of North Central Florida. Buying rural property comes with its own considerations — wells and septic, zoning, acreage, access, and financing that works a little differently than a standard in-town home. I'll help you look at all of it so there are no surprises after you move in.
How much does it cost to work with you as a buyer?
Let's talk about it directly — commission structures have changed recently, and I believe in being completely upfront about who pays what before you're ever committed to anything. I'll walk you through exactly how it works in your situation so there's nothing hidden.
I'm thinking about selling. What's my home worth?
I'd be glad to put together a free, no-obligation market analysis for your specific home and neighborhood — not an automated online estimate, but a real look at what comparable homes near you are actually selling for, plus a plan to get you top dollar.
What happens after I reach out?
You'll hear back from me — a real person, not a call center — and we'll set up a relaxed conversation about what you're looking for. And don't worry: reaching out doesn't sign you up for anything. No pressure, no spam — just answers when you need them and space when you don't.

Still have a question? I'm happy to help.
