The Parade of Homes showcases the finest examples of architecture and design in Gainesville, with visitors flocking to see the latest trends and innovative ideas in homebuilding. From sleek and modern to classic and timeless, the Parade of Homes offers something for everyone.
When is the Parade of Homes?
The spring edition of the Parade of Homes takes place on two weekends this April: the 15th and 16th and the 22nd and 23rd. Admission is free and open to the public from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Where does the tour it start?
The Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour. You can start the tour at any of the homes on the interactive map below, and you get to visit the homes at your own pace.

The Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF) has hosted the event since 1958, the year the hula hoop was invented and At The Hop by Danny & The Juniors was the top charting song.
