Where is Celebration Pointe?
Celebration Pointe is located just west of I-75 in Southwest Gainesville, roughly equidistant from Lake Alice on UF’s flagship downtown campus and Haile Village. The mixed-use development is bound by I-75 to the east and Split Rock Conservation Area to the west.
Celebration Pointe is a short commute to the University of Florida, UF Health Shands, and cultural attractions like the Florida Museum of Natural History and Kanapaha Botanical Gardens.
What is currently being built at Celebration Pointe?
The Experiential Living community at Celebration Pointe will feature 180 townhomes built around a pool, bar, fitness center, dog park, and more. The Vue at Celebration Pointe was the first project to break ground in 2018. It brought 86 well-appointed urban townhomes to Gainesville’s Southwest side.
