Jazz on the Green at Celebration Pointe

Jazz on the Green is back at Celebration Pointe! Join us for live music, drinks, food, lawn games, and more! Grab the family, spread your blanket out under the setting sun, and catch some live music while the kids play games on the lawn.

This class is perfect for kids or adults with any level of painting experience! It is recommended to arrive at 12:15 to choose your seat, and you must pre-register for the event as there are only 10 spots available.

Story Time at the Zoo

Join the Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo and the Alachua County Library every 3rd Wednesday of the month for Story Time at the Zoo! Story time is held in front of the zoo on the lawn and is free for all to attend.

Cost: Story time is free. Zoo visit after story time cost: $8 for adults, $5 ages 4-12 | Free Seniors 60+ & ages 3 & under.

Fat Tuscan Cafe Making Brioche Breads

In this evening workshop, learn all about soft, tender Brioche Dough. The recipe being used is an original developed at the Fat Tuscan and is perfect for either savory or sweet breads. Learn to mix, knead, rise and shape dough to make an Onion Ricotta Brioche Roll & a Sweet Chocolate Chip Bun. Also, learn the ways to form and work with a wet sponge from yeast as well as the proper technique to stuff and form the breads with the assorted fillings. Each student will be handling and making their own bread doughs from scratch. Please bring a sheet pan to rise & bake your bread. A rolling pin is recommended as well as aprons. Samples of bread will be eaten in class. There are only a few seats left so make sure you get your tickets!
