Christina Patel

Hello! My name is Christina Patel, and I was born in Key West, Florida. Growing up, my dad was in the United States Air Force, so I lived the typical military family lifestyle and would not have changed it for the world. My experience as a military kid allowed me the opportunity to live in many different states, however Florida has always been home for me. I moved to Gainesville in 2010, and after working in the medical field, I decided that I wanted a change of pace and have the opportunity to help people during one of the most exciting, yet nerve-racking, times in their life. Therefore, I decided to jump into a career in real estate. 

Having been an active agent for three years, I cannot say enough how rewarding of an experience working in this industry has been. I treat every client like family, and I make sure to look out for their best interests. Whether it be representing Buyers or Sellers, I take what I do very personally, as I want to ease the stress that buying or selling can bring. 

While I do work hard for my clients, I also make sure I devote time to my family. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Neil, our baby boy, Jagan, and our puppy, Albert. During our off time, you will find us out experiencing all that Gainesville has to offer between the many different restaurants, nature parks, museums, and more.
